I was born and grew up in Hemel Hempstead, I am committed to caring for and serving in and around my local community. I have been working as a chiropractor in Hertfordshire for over 10 years and have built a well respected name among my patient base.

 

I am lucky enough to be married and have two wonderful children. As a family we regularly enjoy going on litter picking walks which keeps us healthy and helps the town a little too. I am a keen drummer and often gig at local music venues within the town and surrounding areas. I like to support local charities when I can, whether this be through gigging or entering personal sporting events.

I love working with sportsmen and women, from amateur to international level. I have worked with a National League III Rugby Club, where I provided pitch-side care and triage clinics.

​

From time to time I provide informative talks for local groups as I believe strongly in promoting healthy living and empowering patients. These workshops have been for charity groups, sports clubs, businesses and within GP surgeries. If you are interested in having me come to a local group you attend, do let me know.

Professional Recognition's and Honors

I am dedicated to keeping up to date with training, new medical findings and techniques. I regularly attend lectures and CPD from the British Chiropractic Association.

 

I graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Masters (Merit) in 2009.

I am a certified Kinesio Taping® practitioner - this is recognised by most health insurers. 

Further training of mine includes course in 

“The Pregnant Pelvis” by Elisabeth Davidson FCC (Paeds)  

“Functional Rehabilitation: The Modern Patient-Centred Practice” by Craig Liebenson, DC.

 

I am also registered with The General Chiropractic Council, The British Chiropractic Association and The Royal College of Chiropractors, and recognised by most health insurers.
