Jack's Harpenden

Harpenden is often described as one of Hertfordshire’s most desirable towns, thanks to its strong sense of community, excellent schools, and green open spaces. For me the town’s green spaces, Rothamsted Park and the Nickey Line trail provide perfect places to walk, stretch, or enjoy gentle exercise.

I know that many residents appreciate the town’s health-conscious culture, with the mix of gyms, yoga studios, and independent wellbeing businesses, so chiropractic care fits naturally into this environment. I want to help the community stay mobile, active and pain-free.

I aim to offer professional and approachable chiropractic care for people of all ages within Harpenden and the surrounding area.

My Harpenden clinic is ideally placed for local residents and commuters, on the High Street, with easy access from surrounding villages. For those travelling by car, there is convenient parking nearby, and for rail users, the practice is easily accessible from Harpenden Station.

I am conveniently located next to Okka and just above Nonno’s Pizza, two local favourites as well as mine. I love hearing from patients who have stopped in for lunch there before or after their appointment. Whether it’s for an espresso from Okka or a quick pizza from Nonno’s, these local gems make visiting the clinic that little bit more enjoyable.

Harpenden’s independent businesses are a big part of what makes the town special, and I feel lucky to work among such a vibrant and welcoming group of local owners. Being based right in the town centre means there’s always a friendly face nearby from one of the many cafés and shops lining Harpenden High Street.

I also love popping into Brad & Dill's for a coffee and bagel, if I didn't get time to make myself lunch. Or, when I have more time I might wander down to The Silver Palate for a longer lunch break.
